We delight in creating a special piece just for you! You can start the process by filling out this form, and we will finalize the design and the price with you via email before beginning work. A 50% deposit will be required before beginning work after design is approved, and the remaining 50% balance will be required upon completion of the order before shipping it. Custom orders may take 10-30 days to complete and ship after finalizing the design with the customer. A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for payment of deposit before the piece is created, and is non refundable. Upon completion of the item, you will receive photos for your final approval, and an PayPal invoice for the final balance, and your item will be shipped within 1-3 days of final payment. All payments for custom pieces are non-refundable. Custom pieces are non-returnable.

All our pieces are handmade and limited quantity. Because leather is uniquely finished and limited in production and availability, many times when we sell out of an item, it is gone for good, so be sure to snatch it up while you can! Each of our pieces are handmade, so designs and engraved images may vary slightly from each other and cannot be exactly duplicated, though we will do our best to make it as similar as possible. This is part of the beauty of owning an original and unique Laureli Cottage creation!
